Summary
Oversees all interdepartmental operational aspects for designated projects. The Project Specialist serves as a liaison between customers and all departments of the company. Spearheads sales through leads, participates in trade shows, and cooperates with all Project Managers to plan new projects and communicate with clients. Ensures customer satisfaction, quality, timely delivery of projects, and proper project documentation according to project scope. Works with the Lead Project manager on project scheduling and operational activities. Troubleshoots and solves manufacturing problems related to the client's product with problem-solving skills and research. Assists as necessary in each part of product development.
