For our customer in the energy sector in Bern we are looking for a project manager for the introduction of HR management systems.
Requirements:
As a project manager for HR systems, you are responsible for the implementation, maintenance and further development of systems that support human resources management in a company.
You have a good understanding of HR organizations, processes and functionality and have experience in the planning, implementation and further development of HR management systems. This means including knowledge of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Performance Management Systems as well as processes and systems in the area of time and performance recording. You have already supported HR organizations in the implementation of an integrated HR management system.
As a project manager, you are responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring HR system projects. You must be able to manage resources efficiently, track project progress and ensure all milestones are met on time. You are certified according to HERMES 5.1 and/or HERMES 2022 and, as a project manager, you have already successfully carried out large projects using the HERMES methodology.
You are able to translate the technical requirements into functional and non-functional requirements in order to fully understand the requirements for the system landscape. They are also able to manage requirements catalogs and validate the requirements. You create use cases and data flow diagrams for the processes and functions to be mapped.
You create possible solution/architecture variants in coordination with the IT architecture, IT security and the department. You evaluate the variants based on the technical and professional requirements. They coordinate the architecture variants within companies and make the decision.
Clear and effective communication is crucial to ensure that all stakeholders are informed about the progress of the project and the requirements are understood. You must be able to communicate with various team members, managers and other stakeholders.
You should be able to analyze and understand the needs of the business to ensure that the HR systems meet the needs of the organization. This requires data evaluation and interpretation skills.
As a project manager, you are responsible for leading a team of developers, analysts and other professionals. You must be able to motivate, support and lead the team to ensure the project is completed successfully.
The introduction of new HR systems can bring about changes in the organization. You have the ability to manage these changes by providing training and support and ensuring that employees accept and use the new systems effectively.
You must have an in-depth knowledge of the legal requirements relating to HR systems, including data protection regulations and employment law, to ensure systems comply with legal requirements.
