Project Management Director develops and directs project management operations and strategic planning to meet organizational goals. Provides overall strategic governance for projects by establishing standards, processes, and tools used for effective project delivery. Being a Project Management Director establishes methodologies to set productivity and quality targets and to assess results for all projects. Responds to escalated project issues that may impede project delivery and coordinates solutions. SIDEARM Sports, a leader in the collegiate website development industry, is actively seeking a Project Management Assistant to join our Project Management team for the summer. As part of our PM department, a successful candidate will assist with the on-boarding processes for SIDEARM’s newest clients along with the guided management of the redesign process for current clients. When a new or current client signs a contract to launch a new SIDEARM site, there are multiple steps in the timeline process a client must go through to successfully launch their site. A person in this position will help with client setup, assist in communication throughout the process, review the test site and manage post launch tasks, like QA, search and analytic setup.
