Additionally, Project Management Manager tracks at risk metrics and facilitates actions to keep projects on track. Establishes data collection and reporting processes to capture key metrics of project activities and to provide periodic reporting. Requires a bachelor's degree. May require a project management certification. Typically reports to a director. The Project Management Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. Multi-Family Construction GC/Development Group currently seeking a Project Manager.
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
• drafting of client proposals
• contract administration and management
• work with pre-construction, estimating and scheduling on project estimate and schedule
• provide direction to the project team to complete the projects safe and on time
• perform on-site Project Manager duties on small scope projects
Required Skills/Qualifications Include:
• BS in a Construction related field preferred.
• Multi-Family Construction required.
• Podium, Wrap, Construction preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of Procore, Excel and Word
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills; detail-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
