Job Description:
Stella Management Systems is a Construction Management company located in Bellefonte, PA.
SMS is seeking a highly organized and motivated Candidate for the position of Assistant Project Manager. On the job training would be provided, however, a background in construction is highly preferred.

Duties included but not limited to:

Assisting Estimating department.
o Obtaining material pricing from suppliers.
o Calling on architects to obtain bidders lists.
o Diligently following up on calls

Assisting with General Contracts.
o Manage organization of contracts and amendments.

Assisting Project Management department.
o Assist in project start-up duties such as submittal of project start-up documentation and insurance information
o Assist in ordering materials for the Job
o Attend job meetings when the Project Manager is unavailable
o Diligently following up on calls and emails from Contractors, Subcontractors and Suppliers

Minimum requirements:

• Overall strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Highly organized and dependable.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Self-motivated and excellent time and project management skills.
• Ability to work in an environment with deadlines, having to multi-task with multiple priorities.
