A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PROJECT MANAGER

In this construction management role, we rely on you the help mentor, train, develop, and supervise our project team members while you provide oversight and management of schedules with the Project Superintendents. You make it your goal to ensure that projects stay organized, under budget, and on time. Being highly personable and approachable, you maintain positive relationships with clients and staff which results in projects that go smoothly due to everyone working together! Additionally, you utilize your effective management skills to forecast project costs and budgetary constraints to best project a seamless job operation. At the end of the day, you take great pride in your role, and enjoy coming to a place where you can truly make an impact!

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree preferably in engineering, construction management, architecture, or another applicable experience
• At least 5 years of experience in construction management
• Prior experience using Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, Sage/Timberline Estimating, Procore, or similar applications
