Job Description

An On-Site Project Manager is responsible for completing the following duties:

• Develop and maintain project schedule
• Manage sub-contractor contracts
• Collaborate with on-site Job Superintendent, Team Lead & Project Engineer
• Maintain organized documentation throughout the project
• Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
• Work with the Safety Director to maintain safe work site
• Communicate with customers, provide updates on project status
• Assist Construction Management sales as needed
• Relocation to site required - 6 week schedule rotation
• Other duties as assigned
