Project Management Manager manages and directs the work of project managers and provides managerial oversight for multiple projects. Monitors project scopes, costs, schedules, staffing, communications, outside vendors, and contractual deliverables. Being a Project Management Manager develops standards, processes, and tools used for effective project scheduling and to set and manage quality targets. Addresses internal or vendor issues that may impede project delivery and develops solutions. Additionally, Project Management Manager tracks at risk metrics and facilitates actions to keep projects on track. Establishes data collection and reporting processes to capture key metrics of project activities and to provide periodic reporting. Requires a bachelor's degree. We’re looking for an experienced professional with excellent communication skills – both verbal and written. You understand the needs and requirements to maintain and identify issues with existing challenges with commercial properties. All work is to be within the technician’s scope of work. It is imperative to stay mindful of any maintenance issues that are under a licensed professional contract as they are responsible for the maintenance.
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform troubleshooting and maintenance tasks within your scope of abilities like, but not limited to:
– Fixing electrical issues ie. Lights bulb changes and minor electrical troubleshooting
– Identifying and correcting plumbing issues ie. Wax rings, clogs, replacement of inner parts.
– Inspecting buildings for leaks
– Cleaning and maintaining landscaping
– Ensuring garbage and waste is cleaned
– Perform necessary cleaning activities such as dusting, mopping, etc.
– Work Order Procedure (picture before & after, tenant signs off on work order, attach receipts, email notification of completed work orders, work orders to be approved by property managers)
Other Responsibilities:
Maintaining current inventory of tools and supplies in warehouse
Generating maintenance reports for Maintenance Supervisior to review (repair and maintenance suggestions)
Overtime emergencies (to be approved by upper management, a minimum of 2 hours at time and a half plus mileage will be paid)
