$70M project for 500k square footage of roof demo and replacement, including replacement of all rooftop air handling units, ductwork, hydronic piping, and supporting rooftop systems. The facility is a fully operational psychiatric hospital and the work will be implemented in phases. The project also includes an electrical upgrade to the facility.
Daily Responsibilites:
On site construction administration and support for the Project Manager - Assist with Client communication, weekly meetings, project costs, project schedules, QA, monthly reports, etc. Responsible for processing GC submittals, RFIs, and other administrative items, and field problem solving coordination with the GC and design team. Interact with the Clients (DGS/DSH), design team, and GC to pro-actively work through issues for a successful project.
