POSITION: Development Project Manager (CASTO Net Lease Properties)

REPORTS TO: Vice President of Development

BASIC FUNCTION: Project management duties for retail developments, overseeing financial, timeline, and quality in execution and delivery of process.

MAJOR DUTIES RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Develop client, consultant, and contractor relationships.
• Managing engineer and architectural consultants.
• Managing Contractors during construction.
• Deliver a profitable project in accordance with financial standards.
• Develop project budgets and schedules.
• Development of initial project planning, accountability, and scheduled project status reviews.
• Maintain adherence to project schedule, including participation in development and regular updates with team.
• Participate in scheduled project team meetings with owners, design team members, jurisdictional authorities, and construction team members.
• Responsible for project procurement.
• Preparing contracts and amendments with consultants and contractors
• Review of lease and contracts.
• Review and approving consultant invoices.
• Produce regular reporting on project status, budgeting, progress, turnover.
• Understand and comply with the company's EEO policies and affirmative action obligations.
• Client management throughout procurement, construction, and post-construction processes

SKILLS:

• Strong technical and communication skills are critical.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of Autocad and site planning preferred.
