Manages governance of projects by establishing standards, processes, and tools for effective project management throughout the project lifecycle. Being a Project Manager - Construction uses comprehensive knowledge of construction processes and operations to set project productivity and quality targets. Monitors all project milestones, changes, and technical status reports. Responsibilities:

- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other construction documents
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address any issues or concerns
- Manage project contracts, including negotiating terms and conditions
- Utilize construction management software (e.g., ProCore, Microsoft Projects, Scheduling software) to track project milestones and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for project completion

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role

- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and interpretation
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members
