Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of project planning, execution, and completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the desired objectives. Duties:
- Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation
- Coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost control measures
- Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies
- Monitor project progress, identify issues or roadblocks, and implement corrective actions as necessary
- Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders to ensure clarity of project goals and expectations
- Ensure adherence to project schedules and milestones
- Provide regular status updates to senior management and stakeholders
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools
- Experience in risk management, cost control, scope management, and change management
- Familiarity with project engineering processes and product development lifecycle
- Proficiency in using project management software such as SAS or similar tools
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive results
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences
