Being a Project Manager - Construction uses comprehensive knowledge of construction processes and operations to set project productivity and quality targets. Monitors all project milestones, changes, and technical status reports. Additionally, Project Manager - Construction manages strategic client and contractor relationships and establishes clear lines of communication. Responds to escalated project issues that may impede project delivery and coordinates solutions. We are currently seeking a qualified and motivated Civil Engineer with a passion for renewable energy to lead clients, projects, and portfolios as a Project Manager. The Project Manager will work closely with our core renewables team and will manage project responsibilities of multi-discipline teams and projects throughout the northeast.
Qualified candidates will excel at contributing to all phases of Renewable Energy and other Civil Engineering projects including the development of schematic drawings, working within teams in a collaborative manner, producing effective and high-quality drawings to be issued for construction, steering projects through the municipal or state approval process, and supporting projects throughout construction as they progress to commissioning. The ability to communicate effectively using verbal, graphic, and written means is paramount and a necessity for this position.
In addition, the Project Manager will assist with proposal writing and business development, and manage mid-level and entry-level staff.
