Job Overview
We are seeking a Project Manager to join our construction team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for successful planning and execution of construction projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring project timelines, schedules, and budgets are met; all while ensuring the highest quality standards are upheld.
Duties
· Take full responsibility and ownership of all assigned projects from preconstruction/planning to post-construction warranty concerns.
· Manage up to twenty projects at one time with support from the Project Coordinator.
· Support the administrative tasks of the Project Coordinator through training, coaching and other means as required.
· Coordinate project schedules with support of the Project Coordinator and maintain a minimum of 3 weeks advance planning at all times.
· Support and attend preconstruction meetings (in office and on site) to plan new projects and develop scope, budget, and schedule for constructability, accuracy and quality.
· Complete quality control inspections on all assigned projects and take responsibility for the quality of outcomes and deliverables.
· Utilize project management software to create punch lists and materials lists.
· Meet with, and coordinate, teams on site to kickoff construction scopes/phases as necessary and ensure that scope of work is clear, and details/drawings explain required work.
· Coordinate solutions to problems while working with all team members involved.
· Create scopes of work, schedules, and materials lists for projects not provided by Acquisitions Team.
· Estimate construction costs for internal and external projects when a budget is not provided by the Acquisitions Team.
· Communicate daily with contractors and internal teams to support unplanned operational needs.
· Work closely with Design Team to support and ensure they are meeting goals of the project through their design efforts.
· Support other administrative and operational duties as needed to ensure the company’s success.

2. Ensure constructability and quality of construction through site inspections and team meetings.
3. Provide clear solutions and direction to parties involved when issues arise.
Experience
To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience:
- Proven experience as a project manager, administrator, or similar role.
- Proficiency in residential project management.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with construction management software such as Contractor Foreman
