Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and deliverables are met. The ideal candidate has a strong background in project planning, implementation, and management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring tasks are completed on time
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to assign tasks and responsibilities
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project objectives
- Facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders, and clients
- Track project milestones and deliverables using project management software
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Proficient in using project management software (e.g., Redmine)
- Experience with requirements management and data collection
- Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of SAS or other statistical analysis software
- Experience working with complex systems
