Commercial Construction Project Manager

Here are the boiler plate requirements of this project.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluating subcontracts with subcontractors, and purchase orders with suppliers
• Shop drawing and submittal management
• Manage Job Scheduling
• Setting and leading regular project meetings with customers and their representatives, subcontractors and the company project team
• Coordinate with jobsite Superintendent to ensure quality, schedule and cost are maintained
• Manage Job Planning and Execution

Key Requirements: 5 years commercial project management experience

• Bring and foster existing client relationships
• Strong knowledge of Project Management Procedures and Systems
• 4 Year Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
• Strong communication skills
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, Sage/Timberline, Procore, and Bluebeam
• Organized and analytical thinker
• Physicality is required to frequently walk the site and in the course of work review and inspections will frequently call for walking over rough terrain, climbing ladders, climbing scaffolds, climbing or moving in and out of narrow openings, climbing stairs, climbing and descending sloped banks and moderate lifting.
