We are seeking two highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. We would like to hire (1) Residential Project Manager & (1) Commercial Project Manager. As a Project Manager at Cliff Thorn Construction, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from initiation to completion. Duties:
- Develop and execute project plans, including defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines
- Coordinate project activities, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, identify dependencies, and allocate resources
- Manage project risks and issues, proactively identifying potential roadblocks and implementing mitigation strategies

Experience:
