Mattco Roofing & Construction is a family-owned, turnkey commercial roofing company located in Bryan/College Station, serving clients in Texas and throughout the US. The Mattco team possesses over 15 years of experience and industry knowledge to help our clients with roofing system solutions for each specific property application, whether it be new construction, repairs or a roof replacement.

We are seeking an experienced National Roofing Project Manager that is willing to travel throughout Texas and the United States to join our team!

PROJECT MANAGER

Preferred Qualifications:

· General roofing knowledge and a basic understanding of construction

· 3 to 5 years project management experience

* Bilingual a plus

Requirements:

• Must be willing and able to travel to manage ongoing projects throughout Texas and in different states across the US.
• A valid Driver's License and a satisfactory driving record
• Reliable transportation and must be able and willing to travel
• Ability to safely climb on to roofs using a ladder
• Results driven, ambitious, and a self-motivator
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Competency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel
• Willingness to travel extensively, approximately 80% of the time, with some projects requiring long on-site durations

Job Responsibilities:

· Oversee and monitor multiple roofing projects

· Direct and lead the work of field staff from pre-construction to project completion

· Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met

· Maintain required project documentation

· Serve as liaison between client and all technical aspects of the projects

· Manage multiple projects and conduct daily site visits to audit the performance and safety of the job sites

· Coordinate and track material, equipment, and labor in line with job constraints and budgets

· Analyze, manage, and mitigate problems by utilizing a risk assessment approach

This role will involve extensive travel, with approximately 80% of the time spent on the road. You will be traveling to different states, for meetings, conferences, and projects. Some projects may require longer durations at client sites. It is important to consider whether this aligns with your lifestyle and preferences before committing to this position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
