PROJECT MANAGER

Requirements:
Job Responsibilities:
· Oversee and monitor multiple roofing projects
· Direct and lead the work of field staff from pre-construction to project completion
· Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met
· Maintain required project documentation
· Serve as liaison between client and all technical aspects of the projects
· Manage multiple projects and conduct daily site visits to audit the performance and safety of the job sites
· Coordinate and track material, equipment, and labor in line with job constraints and budgets
· Analyze, manage, and mitigate problems by utilizing a risk assessment approach
This role will involve extensive travel, with approximately 80% of the time spent on the road. You will be traveling to different states, for meetings, conferences, and projects. Some projects may require longer durations at client sites. It is important to consider whether this aligns with your lifestyle and preferences before committing to this position.
