Responsibilities
As a Labor Planner, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our workforce operations. Your responsibilities will include scheduling daily, weekly, and weekend overtime, overseeing the HRIS payroll system, tracking employee job qualifications, managing job bid moves, transfers, and shift swaps, facilitating annual shift preference realignment, and providing HR functional support.
