Position: Production Planning *

Position type: Full-Time*

Position location: Chamberino, NM*

Essential duties :

• Schedule/reschedule production in accordance with customer orders and facility capabilities
• Place major emphasis on meeting customer requirements
• Prioritization of production orders in alignment with sales demand
• Update and provide open order and scheduling reports
• Execute the preparation of production schedules to comply with delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with the facility personnel to resolve issues negatively affect production schedules and plans.
• Work closely with production to find improvement areas in planning and production flow.
• Use company systems to drive overall planning and customer service improvements.

Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Advanced computer skills in MS Office especially in Excel.
• Ability to plan and manage multi projects together in monthly plan, weekly plan and daily plan level.
• Ability to study each project individually and give delivery date schedule for all items in the project in weekly bases.
• Maintain the flow for all work orders in the machines and make sure all the machines loaded and run with full capacity in daily bases.
• Extensive Knowledge of cables construction and the materials required to produce the cables is preferred
• 3-5 years’ experience in planning and leadership in business
• BS degree in relevant field required .
