Bettis Atomic Power Laboratory is a U.S. Government-owned research and development facility in the Pittsburgh suburb of West Mifflin, Pennsylvania

Job Description:
The Project Analyst will be part of a small team tasked to develop, plan, track, and improve projects for specific scopes of work within the MEL D&D Program. This will occur in conjunction with ongoing operations. The project analyst provides support to project planning and scheduling, resource management, budgeting and cost control, measuring project performance, risk management, coordination and integration of project team efforts, and communication with stakeholders.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Oracle Primavera P6 proficiency.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with project planning, scheduling, and reporting.
- Microsoft Excel capabilities.
Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Previous experience with radiological work, Decontamination and Decommissioning, Government projects, or procuring goods and services.
- Microsoft SharePoint.
- Experience working on small teams with long term deliverables.
- Active DOE L or Q, or DOD Secret or Top Secret, preferred. Uncleared candidates will be considered.
