At Project Transition, we offer long-term behavioral health support and services for individuals who have a history of serious mental illness (including dual diagnosis) who desire a future that is meaningful, living in the community on terms they define.

Summary of Job Duties:

This position will develop, implement, and report training/treatment plan for assigned members, participate in crisis management system, program activities and supervision, and provide training and supervision in activities in activities of daily living for assigned clients.

Qualifications:

• The residential advisor will have at least a High School Diploma/GED
• Two years’ experience in therapeutic community and/or psychiatric care.
• Valid Divers license

Hourly ratestarting $16.00 - 17.00/hr.
