Mission:

As a Product Engineer at Antolin, you will play a key role in the development and improvement of automotive interior products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality, to ensure the successful execution of projects and the delivery of high-quality products to our customers. This position requires a strong technical background, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Must have a working knowledge of material part numbers as they relate to a SAP #, which is assigned to each production part.
• Enter Data into MRP per part and supplier.
• Update and distribute Cycle count per schedule weekly.
• EDI Requirement Planning
• Update Schedule Agreements as needed by buyers for new suppliers or Parts.
• Place weekly orders with vendors adjusting for customer requirements.
• Input Daily receiving of raw materials.
• Update Material Manager of any potential part issues.
• Review COGI for any part issues.
• Monitor parts for EOP to reduce or zero obsolete inventory.
• Receiving- Check all parts from Warehouse management system for accuracy.
• Tracking in-bound of production materials weekly to insure on time deliver and monthly reporting.
• Update Part list for logistics with packaging.
• Enter freight bills in database and ok for payment.
• Responsible for tracking our deliver performance (to our customers)
• Ensuring ASN’S are being sent to customers and check cumulative ship quantities.
• Will be expected to be involved in the end of month Physical Inventory Process of raw materials.
• Responsibilities are not limited to the task listed. It is to be made clear the following:
• Any other job deemed necessary by the Materials Manager must be carried out as needed.

Education Requirements:

• At least a high school diploma or GED preferred

Additional Experience, Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

• Demonstrated exceptional people management skills
• At least 3 years of previously material planner or inventory experience
• Automotive plant experience desired, but not required
• SAP experience desired
• Physical demands require standing, working in manufacturing plant environment, walking manufacturing plant floor multiple times daily, bending, reaching, stooping, wearing safety glasses and other required personal protection equipment, talking, working long hours and overtime, including weekends and holidays as required.
