Here at Mpire Promotions we are looking for Community Representatives that are charismatic, eager, confident, and all about helping out in the community. We are looking for people who are willing to be the face of our Non-Profit clients that support the women, children, animals, and the environment by hosting different fundraising events on their behalf.

DISCLAIMER: This role is ONSITE ONLY and FULLTIME (Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:30pm) based in Garden City (500 Old Country RD Garden City NY 11530).

We also have a weekly pay structure that consists of a base pay plus uncapped commission and bonuses.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily community engagement in person fundraising events
• (NOT A BUSINESS TO BUSINESS OR DOOR TO DOOR ROLE)
• Establish and create positive relationships with customers
• Following the core values of the company (honesty, student mentality, positive attitude, communication, work ethic, purpose, and passion)
• Customer acquisition on behalf of our non-profit partners for on-going support

Pay Structure

• First and Second week double commission bonus
• Quality bonuses every six months
• Weekend/Holiday pay
• Paid training
• Base plus uncapped commission
• Average weekly pay can be $600-$1,200 based on effort
• Paid EVERY Friday

Pay: $600.00 - $1,100.00 per week
