Role Overview:

The Web and Social Media Specialist will play a pivotal role in enhancing our digital footprint and engaging our audience through cutting-edge content and SEO-driven strategies. This position requires a bilingual professional (Korean and English) with a deep understanding of digital marketing dynamics within the beauty sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and analyze current trends and audience preferences within the beauty industry, with a focus on Korean-speaking markets.
• Optimize online content using SEO best practices to increase visibility and engagement.
• Create and manage upscale marketing materials for the web, including homepage designs, banners, and social media ads, tailored for a Korean-speaking audience.
• Collaborate with influencers and manage community engagement across social platforms, ensuring responses are timely and culturally relevant.
• Produce and edit professional-quality images and videos for social media, emphasizing lifestyle and product showcases.
• Ensure the prompt delivery of digital assets for web and advertising needs.
• Utilize advanced skills in photo and video editing to enhance content appeal.
• Regularly update the website and social media with new products, ensuring content is SEO-friendly and engaging for a Korean-speaking audience.
• Display outstanding communication skills and copywriting abilities in both Korean and English.
• Employ analytical skills to manage multiple projects effectively and deliver results.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Mandatory knowledge and passion for beauty, skincare, and personal care products.
• Must be fluent in Korean and English, with excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics, with a focus on targeting Korean-speaking audiences.
• Proven experience with e-commerce platforms like Big Commerce and Shopify.
• Familiarity with web programming is a plus.
• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S. is required.

Additional Information:

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
• Compensation: $25 to $28 per hour, depending on experience.
