The American Lung Association has an excellent opportunity for a Specialist, Health Promotions. Working as a member of the Health Promotion & Education department, you will join an outstanding group of professionals dedicated to our mission: to save lives by improving lung health and preventing lung disease through research, education, and advocacy.
The position will implement and evaluate lung health programs throughout Rochester region of New York. Implement all aspects related to the “Reality Check” Youth Engagement program in the assigned region including but not limited to developing and maintaining relationships with youth-serving organizations and recruiting, training, and retaining a core group of youth in each county to counter the effects of retail tobacco marketing. This is a grant-funded position.
