WORK HOURS: 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. or comparable schedule
IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: Chief Executive Officer
GENERAL SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: Responsible for providing direct clinical and
administrative supervision to behavioral health specialists and Peer Recovery Specialist.
Collaboratively works with the different providers (internal and external) to ensure effective
service delivery. Ensures goals and objectives specified for the program are achieved within the
agreed upon time frames. Provides oversite and direction to team members to ensure client
care meets and aligns with the standards of the organizations mission and strategic plan.
Regularly engage in community outreach.
