Key performance areas

As a CNC Grinder Operator, you will set up and operate CNC Grinder equipment to ensure the manufacturing of high-quality parts and tools without defects.

This is a 2nd shift position.

• Set up, operate, and maintain CNC Grind equipment to perform machining to meet key performance indicators.
• Make minor adjustments to CNC programs as required, document and report adjustments / corrections.
• Operate multiple production machines and use manufacturing reporting systems.

Your profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent with at least 2 years of work experience on CNC Grinder machine.
• Associate degree or diploma from a technical college or trade school preferred.
• Experience with machining and cutting operations required.
• Ability to accurately read and understand blueprints process plans.
• Good eye-hand coordination and agility.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Knowledge of 5S and lean manufacturing preferred.

Physical Demands

• Ability to stand and walk throughout working shift
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
