Proof Supervisor performs a variety of clerical functions relating to check processing, deposits, withdrawals, and payments. Operates a proof machine which encodes and endorses checks and deposits. Being a Proof Supervisor finds errors and makes appropriate reconciliations, adjustments, and corrections. May be responsible for batching and distribution. Additionally, Proof Supervisor requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Proof Supervisor works under moderate supervision.     • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills- ability to think and act strategically.
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
    • Detailed oriented with great time management and organizational skills.
    • Basic computer skills.
