Job Description:

We are seeking two Full-time Sales Associates and two Part-time Sales Associates to join our new team at Zero Proof. The Sales Associates will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing inventory, and assisting with sales. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of nootropics and adaptogenic drinks and be passionate about helping customers find the right products to meet their needs.

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and making recommendations of drinks

Manage inventory and ensure products are adequately stocked and labeled

Assist with sales by processing transactions and handling cash and credit card payments

Educate customers on the benefits of non-alcoholic drinks, nootropics, and adaptogenic drinks

Maintain a clean and organized store environment requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

1-2 years of retail or sales experience

Knowledge of nootropics and adaptogenic drinks is helpful

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
