Proof/Mobile Specialist - Auburn, IL

Under the supervision of the Data Manager, the Proof/Mobile Specialist is directly responsible for reviewing, approving, rejecting, and investigating mobile deposits. This position is also responsible for pulling in files and exporting them to the core. The Proof/Mobile Specialist will work closely with branches to ensure all branches have submitted proof work and it balances before leaving.
Roles and responsibilities:
Review all mobile deposits over $250 while following procedures.
Answer calls/emails/messages regarding mobile deposits while providing great customer service
Maintain positive relationship with retail staff
Responsible for bringing in mobile files in a timely manner
Exporting imaging to the core
Ensure all files are balanced before closing
Cross train on other areas when necessary
Adheres to department policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned

Attendance Requirements:
Employees are expected to report to work as scheduled, on time and prepared to start work. Employees are expected to remain at work for their entire work schedule. This position is typically full-time, Monday through Friday with a Saturday rotation as well as a weekly closing rotation. Shifts may vary to fit the needs of the department.
