We are looking for an experienced Property Manager for our Painted Post, NY Manufactured Home Community. This person is responsible for daily operations of the community; curb appeal, maintaining and increasing occupancy and filling vacancies, rent collection, evictions, leasing, rule compliance, resident relations, overseeing maintenance, supervising service providers, and ensuring the security of the community.
