Property Acquisitions Associate jobs in Buffalo, NY

We have an immediate need for one (1) Residential Property Manager in the Buffalo area.

Major Tasks Key Responsibilities:

1. Tenant Relations:

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing their concerns, inquires, and requests promptly and professionally.
• Implement strategies to ensure tenant retention and satisfaction by addressing tenant needs.

2. Property Inspections

• Conduct regular inspections of the interior and exterior of properties to identify maintenance needs.
• Generate building reports from these inspections for property owners to review on a weekly, biweekly and/or monthly basis.

Required Skills:

Strong Communication

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary to effectively interact with tenants, staff, and external stakeholders.

Organizational Skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines is crucial in a fast-paced environment.

Problem-Solving

• Aptitude for identifying and resolving issues related to tenant concerns, property maintenance, and regulatory compliance.

**Candidate must have the ability to lift up to 35 lbs and be on their feet for multiple hours per day. Traveling from property to property is a requirement of position**

Salary wage- $50,000 a year

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 per year
