Real Estate Home Buyer - Property Specialist
We are a high-performance real estate team on the lookout for a full-time Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist. You’ll hunt, prepare, and close deals, and ensure each transaction is smooth and successful. Compensation:$36,000 - $120,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Follow up on all leads and requests for information
- Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed
- Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract
- Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends
- Attend in-person appointments with sellers and make offers to purchase their homes
- Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed
- Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments
- Must live in Corpus Christi, TX
- Have 2 years of experience in sales or customer service
