Property Acquisitions Associate collects, analyzes, and interprets data used to evaluate potential property acquisitions. Researches market trends. Being a Property Acquisitions Associate performs financial and risk evaluations of potential acquisitions. Conducts due diligence on properties to be acquired. Additionally, Property Acquisitions Associate assists with drafting contracts or leases and may participate in negotiations. Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Property Acquisitions Associate work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Toyota of Colchester is hiring a full-time handy person. This position is responsible for building and lot general clean-up and maintenance. It includes, but not limited to landscaping, sweeping, washing cars, moving and driving customer cars, lawn maintenance, light power equipment use and some light lifting. Must be able to perform light building repairs and maintenance of facility mechanical systems. Valid driver's license required and successful completion of drug screening and background check.
