Looking for maintenance person to perform general maintenace tasks for an Apartment complex in Payson, Utah.
Job responsibilities are turning of units 90% painting, basic plumbing, basic electrical, snow removal, grounds cleaning. Must be available for emergencies such as flood, or loss of heat.
