ZBuyerz is looking for an experienced real estate professional to be a part of our Acquisitions Team. Each Acquisitions Associate plays a critical role within our company negotiating acquisitions and building lasting industry relationships with top real estate agents. 

At ZBuyerz, our mission is to coach and empower each member of our Acquisitions Team to build wealth, learn to invest, and reach their financial goals. We believe the best way to help our team achieve success is by laying out a clear and defined path for career advancement through a three-step process called “Crawl, Walk, Run.” During the “Crawl” phase, our Acquisition Associates are exposed to the ins and outs of the Fix and Flip Industry by learning to build relationships with investor-friendly agents, learning about our “Buy Box”, negotiating contracts, and identifying good flip opportunities. Once they have completed a certain number of transactions they then move into the “Walk” phase. In the “Walk” phase, our goal is to partner with them on a flip of their choosing and let them manage the project from start to finish with our help and guidance. Lastly, after hitting the final transaction milestones, they enter the “Run” phase. In this phase, team members will be allowed to start their team in another market or build a team underneath them within ZBuyerz.
