We are seeking a self-motivated, tech-savvy, detail-oriented Property/Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our multi-family properties. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing tenant relations, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring the properties are in compliance with all applicable regulations.

- Manage all aspects of tenant relations, including leasing, rent collection, and addressing tenant concerns
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs for the properties, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget; obtain multiple quotes from specialists when necessary
- Conduct regular move-in and move-out property inspections to identify any maintenance or safety issues
- Ensure all properties are in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Market available units and conduct showings to prospective tenants
- Negotiate lease agreements and enforce lease terms
- Oversee the eviction process when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of all property-related transactions

```Requirements:```
- 5 years Previous experience in real estate administration or property management preferred
- Knowledge of NYS local rental laws and regulations
- Proficiency and experience with property management software a MUST
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with tenants and vendors
- Ability to negotiate lease agreements and resolve conflicts
- Familiarity with Section 8 and LIHTC programs is a plus
- Understanding of legal administrative procedures related to property management
- Professional phone etiquette
