Responsibilities:

- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored service, enhancing their experience and satisfaction.

- Facilitate essential documentation processes to ensure compliance and readiness for business transactions.

- Coordinate scheduling to optimize time management for key business activities, including client interactions and strategic meetings.

- Develop and maintain presentation materials that effectively communicate the value of our offerings.

- Maintain regular communication with clients through various channels to keep them informed and engaged throughout the service process.

- Provide timely updates and reminders to clients regarding scheduled commitments and opportunities.

- Document key information from client interactions to ensure continuity and personalized service.

- Initiate contact with potential clients to explore their needs and introduce our services.

- Manage client information with precision and discretion, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for decision-making.

- Assist in streamlining administrative tasks to support team efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

- Prior experience with client management software and digital tools preferred.

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

- Experience in a client-facing role, preferably within a service-oriented industry.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
