Move-Out Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections of properties at the end of tenant leases.
Document property condition, identifying any damages or necessary repairs.
Collaborate with the Maintenance Coordinator to ensure a smooth transition between tenants.
Provide detailed reports on inspection findings to Property Manager and Owners.
6-Month Property Reviews: Perform routine reviews of properties to assess and document overall condition.
Identify maintenance needs and collaborate with Maintenance Coordinator to address any issues.
Ensure properties are compliant with lease agreements and company standards.
Document and report findings to the property management team and Owners.
Sign and Lockbox Placement: Assist in the placement of property signs and lockboxes as needed.
Ensure that signage complies with local regulations and company branding standards.
Coordinate with the marketing team to maintain an updated and professional property appearance.
Monitor and report any issues with signs or lockboxes promptly.
Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with the property management team to address any property-related concerns.
Maintain open communication with tenants, contractors, and other relevant parties.
Collaborate with colleagues to streamline processes and enhance overall property management efficiency.
