Duties:
- Assist with property leasing and tenant relations, including responding to inquiries, scheduling property tours, and conducting background checks
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Assist with rent collection and delinquency management, following up with tenants as needed
- Maintain accurate and organized property files, including lease agreements, tenant correspondence, and maintenance records
- Assist with property inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Collaborate with the property management team to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants, addressing any concerns or issues in a prompt and professional manner
Experience:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi or OneSite is a plus
- Knowledge of real estate administrative processes and procedures
- Basic understanding of property leasing laws and regulations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
