Property Acquisitions Manager manages the research, analysis, and negotiating activities required to assess opportunities for acquiring additional locations, land, or buildings. Investigates potential property acquisitions or dispositions. Being a Property Acquisitions Manager performs or facilitates inspections and assessments of possible property acquisitions. Monitors market trends and competitor activities. Additionally, Property Acquisitions Manager structures and negotiates purchase or leasing agreements. Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Property Acquisitions Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Property Acquisitions Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Real Estate Acquisitions Manager

    $98,000 - $127,000 yearly

    Responsibilities:
    • Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition
    • Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close
    • Perform due diligence on real estate market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letter of intent, and other business administration paperwork to ensure sales
    • Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed
    • Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information
    Qualifications:
    • 4-year college degree in Sales, Business, Real Estate or related experience highly desired
    • Over 1 year of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales experience is preferred
    • Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed
    • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone

    • Must have an "Active" NC and/or SC Real Estate License
    • Serve as a strong advocate for clients and their goals
    • Exercise active listening and active questioning skills to build rapport and uncover client needs
    • Display persistence and resilience when working through challenging situations
    • Show good organizational and time management skills
    • Must be committed to growth and willing to do the necessary work to succeed
