    Responsibilities:

    - Lead and manage a high-performing real estate acquisitions and wholesale team.

    - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.

    - Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives to ensure their success and growth within the organization.

    - Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.

    - Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that promotes accountability and high levels of motivation.

    - Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and optimize sales efforts.

    - Utilize CRM tools effectively to manage the team's activities and streamline processes.

    - Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and challenges.

    Requirements:

    - Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in a sales role.

    - Minimum of 2 years of experience effectively managing a sales team.

    - Texas Real Estate License (strongly preferred).

    - Experience leading a real estate sales team (strongly preferred).

    - Proven track record of driving sales growth and exceeding targets.

    - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.

    - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

    - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

    - Experience managing sales teams using CRM tools preferred.

    Compensation:

    - Base salary of $50,000 plus commission override and production bonuses.

    - Expected total compensation in the first year ranges from $125,000 to $175,000, depending on performance.
