Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in a sales role.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience effectively managing a sales team.
- Texas Real Estate License (strongly preferred).
- Experience leading a real estate sales team (strongly preferred).
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and exceeding targets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Compensation:
- Base salary of $50,000 plus commission override and production bonuses.
- Expected total compensation in the first year ranges from $125,000 to $175,000, depending on performance.
