Property Acquisitions Manager jobs in Killeen, TX

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Real Estate Property Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of our real estate properties, ensuring they remain in optimal condition for our tenants and clients.

The role requires a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality service.

Compensation : $15 - $20 hourly

$15 - $20 hourly

Responsibilities :

• Reliable and hardworking
• Ability to safely use common power and hand tools
• Experience installing and replacing minor plumbing systems
• Strong communication skills with property management and resident
• Self-starter with good time management skills
• Ability to work with little supervision
• Must have your own equipment and tools
• Maintained a Drivers License for a minimum of 3 years

Qualifications :

Experience in General Contractors / In-House Resident Care Tech type repairs to include some or all of the following :

• Minor Plumbing
• Minor Electrical
• Repairs
• Painting
• Flooring
• Lighting / Plumbing fixture repairs and replacement
• Site clean up
