Property Acquisitions Manager jobs in Sacramento, CA

Elite property management is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for our Davis, CA office. This position will report to the Property Manager and assist with all aspects of the property.

Duties include:

• Maintaining a positive, professional, and productive work environment
• Ensuring that all properties are properly maintained and that residents are well-cared for
• Ensuring that all leasing paperwork is completed and sent out in a timely manner
• Assisting with the training of new residents and ensuring they are well-cared for
• Communicating with residents, families, and management in a friendly, professional manner
• Assisting with the development of new resident programs and marketing efforts
• Marketing the properties by attending community events
• Preparing reports on sales, rentals, activity, etc.
• Preparing lease agreements, purchase agreements, and closing statements for properties
• Preparing lease agreements for properties being purchased by another company or property owner
• showing properties and Other duties as assigned by management team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; minimum 2 year of property management experience required
• Minimum 2 year of property management experience required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and property management software (Appolio Software) is required.
