Property Casualty Underwriting Director directs and oversees the property/casualty insurance underwriting program for individuals and/or groups. Ensures the quality and integrity of underwriting activities and processes. Being a Property Casualty Underwriting Director develops guidelines and procedures regarding risk exposure, application renewal, acceptance, modification, and denial. Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Property Manager to oversee the operations and management of our properties. The Property Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and profitable operation of our properties while maintaining a high level of tenant satisfaction. This is a part time position with the possibility of turning into full time. Responsibilities - Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, coordination of maintenance, rent collection, and tenant relations - Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards - Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and maximize occupancy rates - Screen potential tenants, process applications, and execute lease agreements - Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely completion and quality workmanship - Maintain accurate records of income, expenses, leases, and tenant interactions - Handle tenant complaints and resolve conflicts in a professional and timely manner - Recruit new clients and help grow current portfolio: - Previous experience as a Property Manager or similar role - Strong administrative skills with proficiency in data entry and file management - Familiarity with property management software such as Buildium - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective tenant relations - Ability to handle conflict management situations professionally - Understanding of legal administrative processes related to property management - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
