**Responsibilities:**

- Manage all aspects of assigned properties, including maintenance, leasing, rent collection, and tenant relations

- Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations

- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner

- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs with vendors and contractors

- Maintain accurate records of property-related activities and financial transactions

- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new tenants

- Negotiate lease agreements and ensure all legal requirements are met

**Skills:**

- Excellent customer service skills

- Strong sales abilities

- Proficient in administrative tasks

- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software

- Knowledge of property maintenance best practices

- Data entry proficiency
