A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PROPERTY MANAGER
As a Property Manager at the YMCA of Greater Erie, your day may start with reviewing maintenance schedules and coordinating projects with contractors. Throughout the day, you will oversee repairs, communicate with staff and outside agencies, and manage budgets to ensure efficient facility operations. You may also dedicate time to updating facility plans or brainstorming ways to enhance our services.
