Property Maintenance Full-Time)

Immediate Opening for Full Time property management Maintenance Person with family-owned company. Work location primarily Knoxville Fort Sanders area near UT with some hours at Southerland Av business office. Work days typically Mon - Fri plus on call nights and weekends to handle after-hours emergencies and lockouts.

Interesting variety of tasks from plumbing repairs to HVAC diagnoses to drywall and paint. Time-saving software online and on phone app to respond quickly to Maintenance Requests, enter online inspections with pictures and estimate maintenance costs.

Minor construction work to deliver materials, install parts, secure locks and help tradesmen build houses. Opportunity to work extra hours to keep construction projects on time and in budget.

We specialize in student housing Leasing, Property Management, and RE/MAX sales with over 100 houses, condos and studios to lease and maintain near University of Tennessee Knoxville.

Successful candidates will have:

• Communication Skills (phone, text, email, chat & in-person)
• Data Entry skills (Appfolio, QuickBooks, Word)
• Handyman basics of plumbing, hvac, drywall, electrical, mechanical
• Friendly customer service attitude
• Business Casual dress
• Reliable transportation
• Smart phone to access online apps
• Minimum high school diploma or 2 year college
