Compensation: $16.78 - $25.00 per hour

Job Description:

• Inspect the buildings for proper adherence to the North Oak System
• Oversee on-site manager personnel
• Respond to email inquiries
• Submit maintenance requests to the office
• Post notices (24-Hour Notices, Rent Increase, etc.) as needed

Qualifications and Skills:

• Basic construction knowledge
• Experience in property management (residential, commercial & industrial)
• Valid California driver’s license
• Bonus: Spanish speaking
